  • Consumption grains - Natural Buckwheat
    Seed buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum) called common buckwheat comes from East and Central Asia, and is planted in Europe. Its fruit (nuts) contain: 13-15% of protein and a lot of other microelements. Buckwheat has dietary and medicinal properties.
  • Consumption grains - Ordinary caraway seed
    Caraway seed was already known in the ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome. It grows in the entire Europe and Asia. The seeds are brown. Caraway seed is very aromatic, and its aroma is strong and characteristic.
  • Consumption grains - Coriander
    It comes from the Mediterranean Sea basin. At present, it is grown on a large scale in India, Iran, Middle East countries and in the United States of America. In Poland, it is most often used as traditional seasoning to cured meat (ham and sausages).
